The tool provides highlights of your medical benefits and you should fully review all plan documents before enrolling. The tool does not forecast actual plan use for a user; it is a confidential, informational tool that supports the evaluation of various plan alternatives. PLANselect may also present users with information about other eligible plans, including dental, vision, and additional voluntary plans. However, the tool does not recommend or endorse specific voluntary plans, but provides this information to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of all available options. PLANselect is not offering tax or financial advice. It is not an application for enrollment or a claim form for any other benefits. The employer, benefits consultant, and Flimp Media, Inc. and its third-party vendors are not liable for any adverse outcome for the plan chosen.
Privacy:
Use of the third-party, PLANselect tool is entirely optional. The PLANselect tool collects certain information about you, i.e. email (optional). The purpose of collecting this information is so you have the ability to email yourself the results, if you desire or you may instead download a PDF of the same information without providing your email address. The information you provide is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third parties. We delete email addresses after 24 hours and the PLANselect tool aggregated reporting results from associated databases remain for overall (not individual) statistical analysis.
